Throughout my career, I have directed the planning, creation, initiation, launch, and successful implementation of cutting-edge products, processes, and services that resulted in multimillion-dollar sales, significant cost savings, superior service levels, and increased customer success.
Along the way in my career I began to develop my rules of the road. It became a short-hand for what we were doing to help with decision making. I have been encouraged by leaders and team members I respect to put these rules to paper and this is my initial attempt. These are not necessarily completely original so I apologize upfront to anyone whom I may have borrowed.
